Yeghia Mansuryan was born in Yerevan, Armenia. He is a graduate of Yerevan public school # 19, Sayat-Nova Music School and Tchaikovsky Music School. Then in 1989 he graduated the department of Cinema/Directing of the Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovian. In 1993 Yeghia also graduated from the department of Theory and Conducting of the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan.From 1995 through 2015 Yeghia worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia as a career diplomat. In 2005 Yeghia Completed an Executive Program In Advanced Security studies at George C. Marshall European Center for international Security.In 2001-2005 he worked as a Head of Department of Humanitarian Affairs at the Armenian Embassy in the Russian Federation.His next diplomatic postings were Counsellor at the Embassy of Armenia in Georgia /2007-2010/ and Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles/2011-2015/
